Created user documentation for a Fox Pro software application designed for maintaining a database for organ transplant donors and recipients.
Wrote system specifications for an DT PC software package that identifies the location of an incoming 9-1-1 emergency call. The system produces reference reports and statistics about the operation of the program. The program was written in DT Advanced Basic.
Analyzed manual work routines for processing printed materials and formulated more efficient, cost-saving methods. Designed a system corresponding to the revised work method. Prepared high-level overviews, functional overviews, and design specifications. Created dialogues and screens for the program. Created story boards to display the development of each stage of the program.
