Wrote installation documentation for tape backup software, network setup, and AS400 printer setup. Developed intranet web pages which contained IT computer policies and software upgrade links. Created end-user documentation for project management software.
Wrote reference documentation for mainframe programs and WAN usage. Documentation was prepared on an in-house text editor developed in TSO.
Created the corporate business plan and presentations for nation-wide information systems departments. The plan included budgets for all projects, services, equipment and personnel, selected vendors for internet and intranet development.
Wrote information HIPAA ePHI security documentation for information technology services at a medical clinic.
Designed department security polices for Active Directory.
Wrote a high-level overview, a functional overview and specifications for a telecommunications/networking system designed to collect and queue files transmitted from outside units. Diagrammed data flow charts of the system.
